My favourite thing in the world

The thing that I love to do most in the whole wide world, more than anything else ever... is making a gift for someone. It gets me all hot under the collar as I think about cute presents or heart felt meaningful gifts that I could make or create for someone extra special to me. Just typing this makes me want to get down and dirty with some paint or wool, some glue and some photos... but I digress.

I've been meaning to show you this blanket for Quinn's buddy Will that I whipped up in two weeks (that's got to be some kind of record right?) after he lost the other one I'd made him. The little elf must have kicked it out of his buggy during a walk, his mum (Pixie) was devastated... but I came to the rescue.. because, obviously... it's my favourite thing to do! (making not rescuing... but I'm sure you got that).

I'm currently working on a beast of a blanket for a special someone but I've put it aside as it's taking so long it's driving me nuts. Might post up a work in progress shot, if I feel inspired to do so. I might just scowl at it and read my new book instead... hmph *crosses arms and taps foot*.
